SGT KNOTS offers a 30-Day Return Policy

You must get an RMA before sending any items back to SGT KNOTS.  Click here to get an RMA.

  • You have 30 days from reception of the product to return it.
  • Any damages or signs of usage of the product will void this return policy and items will be charged in full.
  • We undertake to then exchange or reimburse you the price of all the products, excluding shipping costs (both ways).
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  • Send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

Restocking Fees, Return Shipping Fees, Full Refunds, and Partial Refunds

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. Sgt Knots does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong item, the item did not match what was shown on the Sgt Knots website or mobile application (the “Site”), or if we have made some other shipping error, provided the item is within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy.

For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, Sgt Knots does NOT charge for restocking fees, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Sgt Knots will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

Full Refunds
If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below. 

You Return You Receive
  • Defective items through no fault of your own.
  • Wrong items shipped.
  • Items that did not match what was shown on the Site.
  • 100% of the item’s purchase price AND free return shipping label.
  • Unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped.
  • 100% of the item’s purchase price but you are responsible for any return shipping costs.


Partial Refunds
If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below. 

You Return You Receive
  • Non-defective items that are returned opened.
  • Non-defective special orders or custom-built items.
  • Unopened items purchased through Sgt Knots Global that are returned in the original condition as shipped.
  • 85% of the item’s purchase price and you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
 

 

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below. Returns for these reasons will require Sgt Knots Customer Service assistance. 
You Return You Receive
  • Non-defective items that are returned unopened and outside of the return policy period.
  • 85% of the item’s purchase price and you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or showing obvious misuse not due to Sgt Knots error.
  • Physical user damage.
  • Up to 50% of the item’s purchase price but you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Rejected items will be returned to the customer.


Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected or accepted for a partial refund. 

You Return You Receive
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or showing obvious misuse not due to Sgt Knots error.
  • Physical user damage.
  • Up to 50% of the item’s purchase price but you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Rejected items will be returned to the customer.
