Quality is poor

Line is tattered after one day of use on a light commercial boat. Line also came with lays separated in certain areas. GM claims an Inspection check is supposed to be done, which I’m sure a procedure is in place but my order was not. An insinuation that my story could be fraudulent, even after pictures. An offer of 15% off my next purchase was given to me and I denied. A new length of line would have been better to prove their credibility of a quality check and maybe they would still have a customer who would have ordered full spools of heavy line in the near future but still the line is not great quality compared to other companies. I would not recommend, first and last time customer.
