SGT KNOTS® 3-strand Twisted Multifilament Polypropylene Rope is lightweight and affordable.  This synthetic rope is easy-to-use and lasts longer than natural fiber ropes.  Our all-purpose rope is perfect for any indoor or outdoor project on the ranch, marina, construction site, theater, home projects, and decoration projects.

This MFP rope comes cheaper than nylon and polyester without sacrificing performance; this synthetic rope is perfect for splicing.  The rope is soft to the touch and made without hazardous chemicals or dyes, making it an ideal choice for working with animals.  Polypropylene is buoyant and will float in water.

Rope color was perfect until the started to fade 3 weeks later. Rope is strong enough for the project.

Twisted MFP-3 strand Twisted Multifilament Polypropylene Rope

Dan was most helpful in identifying the exact rope I needed for refurbishing the bow pudding for my mini tugboat. I tried many outlets to get the right rope and failed miserably until Dan, having reviewed the pictures I sent him, realized that you had just gotten the above rope into your warehouse. I purchased 300’ on his suggestion and it is perfect. Thank You all. My boat will look great this season. Marilyn Foster

Too soft - flimsy

I’ve found that the nylon is too soft and does not splice well. I don’t think I’ll get much use out of the huge spool that I purchased. I was hoping for a braided nylon that was more similar to the lines we used in the military for tenting - definitely a more “hard layed” product.
