After an order is initiated, we contact multiple freight carriers, with which we have established relationships with. We obtain real-time shipping quotes from each carrier and select the best value for you - the price we get is the price you pay. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
USPS: For P.O. Boxes
UPS/FedEx: We find the best rates so we can pass on those savings to you. We use many different leading parcel delivery services so we may offer the following expedited shipping:
3 Day shipping
2nd day Air
Next Day Air
Next day Air Early
For larger orders, we shop competitive bids from the top shipping services in the country to get the best possible rate. For lighter than truckload (LTL) shipments, please contact our customer service representative by phone or email.
All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, most orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on the next business day. If you have specific requests, please contact our customer service dept.
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Please use USPS to deliver to a PO Box.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
