Rock and Ice review

"...the Master Pro (9.2) showed not a single sign of peach fuzz after 50 pitches."

Single Rope - For ascent where only one rope is used. This is the most basic and widely used method of using rope for ascents.

UIAA CERTIFIED: Our Tendon Master 8.6 Rope is certified by the UIAA (International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation), ensuring it meets rigorous safety standards and performance requirements for climbing equipment.

COMPLETE SHIELD: Maximum level of rope protection against water and abrasion. It is reached by using the new progressive NANOTECHNOLOGY method. Tiny particles of TEFLON Eco are applied to the rope sheath and core and make a film of almost impermeable protective layer. The rope fibers are then protected against dust and water which would otherwise cause a harm to the rope construction. COMPLETE SHIELD is an impregnation which extends the general lifespan of TENDON ropes significantly.

SIMPLE BRAID SYSTEM (SBS): A process where each strand is plaited separately into the sheath construction and not in tandem. SBS braiding makes the sheath surface much more compact. Another benefit is the sheath will have a smoother feel, easier handling through belay devices, and reduces abrasion.

COMPACT: Our own special technology has been used for the ends of the rope. In a length of 15 mm, the core strand and sheath are connected into one unit.

MIDPOINT:  At half of the length, the rope is visibly marked by colored band, which does not affect the core structure and its mechanical properties.
