*PLEASE READ* Sizing instructions: using a flexible tape measure or a string, measure your wrist (in inches). Add 1 inch to your wrist size and order that size bracelet. It is always better to order the next size up if you are between sizes - you can shrink your bracelet by soaking it in water and allowing it to dry.
Example: Your wrist measures 7"(average adult male size) - add 1" = 8" - A 8" bracelet is the proper size for a 7" wrist. Please contact customer service if you have any questions regarding sizing.
